Frostie was so shocked when he started reading his book that Elmer came to life!

We are loving our yoga unit in PE, practicing different balances ending with a Trollz inspired yoga 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

We have all come in our own clothes for Children In Need 💛💛

We enjoyed having the childrens parents in to show them what we have been doing in diversity week, including different family types

World mental health day 💛

We were practicing mindfulness to relax after a very active playtime.

We innovated the story ‘The Magic Porridge Pot’ and changed the setting and what’s in the magic pot, and a few of us read our innovated stories out to the class.

We are practicing our fine motor skills using beads, elastic bands and pegs

This week have been learning all about settings in stories. We even had a go at thinking of different words to describe them.

The children are settling in well into Year 1 😁
