We aim to encourage a sense of pride in the children and ask you to support us by adhering as closely as possible to the recognised school dress code.

Uniforms with the school logo can be ordered from Uniform Direct in Gainsborough but there is no expectation that a child's uniform has to have the school logo on, just that it complies with the colours described. 

Please ensure that all clothing, lunch boxes and school bags are clearly labelled with your child’s name. We can then return any lost property to the owner.

Winter

royal blue sweatshirt

Summer

white polo shirt

grey/back skirt or pinafore or blue and white checked dress

black shoes or dark sandals.

All children should be provided with a hat to protect their heads and necks from the sun in summer.

PE Days 

navy shorts (or navy jogging bottoms during winter)

white T-shirt (with a royal blue hoodie or sweatshirt during winter)

plain black trainers.

• PE kit must be worn to school on PE days (see the parent information in your child’s class page for PE days)
• To ensure health and safety, earrings should be removed for PE and swimming. The responsibility for this is with parents.
• Also for safety reasons, long hair should be tied back for PE lessons.
• If your child is not able to do PE, please let the class teacher know.

Footwear

Children are discouraged from shoes with a high heel inside school.

Jewellery

Pupils are responsible for the security of their personal possessions. Valuable or expensive items should not be brought to school. We therefore strongly discourage the children wearing any jewellery in school, although we recognise that there will be cultural or religious reasons when flexibility will be shown. We look for your sympathetic co-operation. Earrings should be small studs only.
