Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
This Friday 15th March, we will be joining the country in raising money for Comic Relief.
Children are invited to come dressed 'red to toe' in any items of red clothing they have or to 'do something funny for money.' Ideas may include having a funny hairstyle, wearing a funny t-shirt or bringing a favourite joke to share at school. Donation pots will be available for children to make a donation to the charity when they arrive at school.
If children do not currently have anything appropriate to wear, suitable non-uniform will be welcomed. If your child has PE on Friday, please ensure they wear suitable shoes for taking part.
There will be a cake sale on the playground after school and we invite you to buy a cake or two, if you wish. Any donations of cakes are appreciated - please note that these should be shop-bought with printed ingredients, due to allergies. Donations of cakes can be sent in with your child at any point this week. All proceeds will go to Comic Relief.
Many thanks for your support

To promote reading for pleasure and to encourage our pupils to read more broadly, we are having a school book fair on Thursday 18th January from 3:15pm.
The book fair is being organised in conjunction with our Usborne Partner, Sarah Singleton and every book purchased will go towards brand new FREE books for our school.
Usborne will also donate up to 60% of the total book fair sales value raised in FREE BOOKS to the school. So, for every £600 of books purchased, we will get £360 in FREE Usborne books for our school!
Books can be purchased on the day of the book fair and paid for by card, cash, apple pay, or google pay.
We look forward to having lots more books for your child to read, share and enjoy.

Thinking of buying an e-scooter?
Lincolnshire Police is reminding parents and guardians that e-scooters are not legal to use it on public pavements or roads.
Inspector Jason Baxter said, “Our approach to this will be to engage and educate. When that fails, we will enforce. We know that e-scooters are probably on Christmas lists this year, and may be tempting in the January sales, we just want people to think twice before buying a product that’s so limited in where you can legally use it.”
Whilst our aim is to engage and educate, penalties for using an e-scooter illegally can include seizure of the e-scooter.
