Well-being for Children

The wellbeing of pupils is very important to us at Morton Trentside. Some children may be finding this period being away from school difficult and may have many worries and questions. Below we have provided some resources that can help answer questions in a child friendly way. There are also some relaxation activities that may help calm busy minds.

If you are concerned about the wellbeing of your child please contact Mrs North who will be in touch and try to support you in any way that she can.

Parents and children can also access online workshops to support you at home.

The following workshops are available at the link above:

- Survival Guide for Change to support children and young people to learn new strategies to help manage during times of uncertainty.

- Managing Worries and Anxious Feelings o support children and young people learn new strategies to help manage their worries. Younger children are likely to need support from parents/carers in completing this workshop.
